Has my Order Shipped?
You can view whether your product has shipped or not by clicking on the my order tracking button on the right hand side of the page in the title frame. You simply need to enter the Order number provided on your confirmation email.

How do I cancel a item in my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Click on the Order tracking icon located just beneath the heading. Enter your order number and confirm that the order has not been shipped. If the order has not been shipped then contact our Customer Service Centre on sales@leadhooks.com.

My order never arrived
Contact our Customer Service Centre on sales@leadhooks.com. All items within the TMZ logistics chain are barcoded and tracked digitally throughout the world. All goods are signed for on site and TMZ can quickly and easily track down your order.

I did not receive my full order
Confirm by clicking on the order tracking icon on the far right of the title to confirm all of your components were shipped. If they were shipped, check with the delivery company to confirm they delivered all components of the order.

When will my backorder arrive?
If an item is on backorder TMZ will inform you of the expected delivery date. You will not be charged for items on backorder until they are available.
